KPII: inverse scattering problem on the solitonic background

We introduce the Green's function of the heat conductivity equation with ($N_{a},N_{b}$)-solitonic potential and present properties of this function with respect to the space variables and spectral parameter. In particular, the boundedness property of the Green's function is proved.
