On local, 2-local automorphisms and derivations of two-dimensional algebras

Descriptions, up to isomorphism, of the local, 2-local automorphisms and derivations of two-dimensional algebras, over a field, are given under the assumption that over the ground field every second and third order polynomial has a root in it.
