3 new principles in non-equilibrium statistical mechanics and their mutual relationships

The 3 principles mentioned in the title are:
1) the local KMS condition,
2) the non-linear Gibbs condition,
3) dynamical detailed balance.
The common dynamical origin of these 3 principles, in the stochastic limit of quantum theory, will be explained in the talk and their mutual relationships will be illustrated.
