Аннотация:meso-Arylporphyrin containing two external chelating 2,2':6',2'-terpyridine fragments and its zinc complex were synthesized. The key step comprised the amide bond formation between the porphyrin diamine derivative and 4'-(4-carboxyphenyl)-2,2':6',2'-terpyridine. The compounds obtained seem to be potent for photodynamic therapy and diagnosis.
