Schubert Calculus Quantum Integrable Systems and correlation functions

We describe a particular quantum group which reproduces the equivariant quantum Schubert Calculus for the Grassmanian varieties. This system is a particular limit of the Yangian. The statistical models defined by the Yangian have very interesting number theoretical invariants-the correlation functions. We will discuss it's properties and how these can descent to the Schubert calculus.
