On maximum principle in infinite horizon problems with phase constraints

In control problems with phase constraints the maximum principle are unable to provide useful information. In this case the maximum principle is said to degenerate. Arutyunov, Karamzin, Pereira obtain the sufficient conditions guaranteeing the non-degeneration of maximum principle. The talk is devoted to the application of these results for infinite horizon case.
