Ekeland variational principle and maximum principle for infinite horizon control problem

Ekeland variational principle allows to construct for the control problem the another one for which the existence theorem of optimal solution holds. The constructed problem is close to the original problem. The construction doesn't need compactification and generalized controls. The talk is devoted to the application of Ekeland variational principle to infinite horizon control problems.
