Multichannel queuing systems with heterogeneous servers

This dissertation is focused on the multichannel queuing systems with heterogeneous servers and regenerative input flow. For such systems an ergodicity condition is established and functional heavy traffic limit theorems are proved under critically loaded and overloaded conditions. These results are applied to the analysis of the systems with unreliable servers and systems with impatient customers.
