Abstract: The report will present how interplanetary flights can be carried out on small spacecraft and how mathematics helps to do this relatively inexpensively. The difficulties encountered in designing flights to Mars, Venus, and the Moon, the specifics of implementing flights using efficient and economical low-thrust engines, and possible ways to solve the problems that arise using optimization methods are considered.
