Large and supersingular solutions of semilinear elliptic and parabolic equations

It will be told about the history of the development of the theory of large solutions and so-called supersingular (very singular) solutions of semilinear equations such as stationary and non-stationary diffusion - nonlinear absorption. New methods of studying such solutions will be shown.
