Local thermodynamic equilibrium density operator

Abstract: We consider the most general thermodynamic equilibrium density operator that  can be written in a fully covariant form. The relativistic form of the Zubarev density operator can be used to study quantum effects associated with acceleration of the medium and makes it possible to show the existence of Unruh effect. Moreover, we consider QFT in the future Rindler wedge where the metric depends on the time. In such a system, the Zubarev density operator is expressed in terms of the stress-energy tensor and the four-vector temperature, which depend on time.
