Synchronization on star graph with noise

I will discuss the generalization of the Kuramoto model, namely the Kuramoto model with noise on a complete graph, and then apply the result to the star graph. By this I will demonstrate that the presence of noise changes the order of the phase transition from the first to the second and destroys the hysteresis.
