On decay of entropy solutions to scalar conservation laws

We establish the long time decay property of an entropy solution to the Cauchy problem for a multidimensional conservation law with perturbed periodic initial data under the precise condition that the resonant flux components are not affine on any semi-vicinity of the mean.
