Stable bundles on $\mathbb CP^3$ and special holonomies

Using a complexified version of hyperkaehler reduction, we solve some longstanding conjectures about the moduli space of rank $2$ stable bundles on $\mathbb CP^3$, proving that it is smooth and connected. It is a joint work with Marcos Jardim.
