Concentration of measure and functions of large number of variables

We will recall what the principle of concentration of measure means.
Then we will discuss some of its specific manifestations and applications, in particular, applications to functions of large number of variables (including holomorphic functions), demonstrating the connections of multidimensional geometry with analysis, probability theory and statistical thermodynamics.
