On rationality of Kummer surfaces over the field of two elements and the discrete logarithm problem

At the report it will be given a constructive proof of rationality over the field of two elements for the Kummer surface of the Jacobians of the two hyperelliptic genus 2 curves. This allows to produce an original efficient compression-decompression method for points of these Jacobians, which may be used in cryptography.
