Queueing systems with service interruptions

Abstract:
We consider queueing systems with regenerative input flow and service interruptions. An interruption could appear
for some different reasons for instance server breakdown or arrival of priority customer. We assume that the server
behavior is defined by some regenerative process that does not depend on input flow. The main goals of the dissertation
are to find stability conditions and to obtain the asymptotics of big deviations for waiting time process. Since
regenerative flow include the big part of input flows that used in queueing theory, then dissertation's results could
be applied to wide class of systems.
