KP-2 solitons, geometric relations on plabic graphs and totally non-negative Grassmannians

In this talk I shall review some recent results obtained in collaboration with P.G. Grinevich in KP-2 soliton theory using the combinatorial structure of the totally non—negative Grassmannians and graph theory. These results open a new perspective in the classification of M-curves through their tropicalization.
