Nonlocal lattice model of secondary structures of proteins

We introduce the lattice model of polymer with nonlocal energy functional. Minima of energy for this model have the structure of combinations of lattice models of secondary structures of proteins (alpha-helices and beta-chains). We describe all conformations with minimal energy for sufficiently short lattice polymers.
