On the construction of informationally complete measurements

We construct positive operator-valued measures having the property of information completeness on a given class of quantum states. Both measures generated by a set of projectors on non-orthogonal states forming the Riesz basis in a Hilbert space and measures covariant with respect to the projective unitary representation of a locally compact group are considered.
