Some problems in discrete analysis with applications to function spaces

We survey, with motivation, some problems in discrete potential theory whose solution would have consequences in the analysis of holomorphic function spaces. We will mention open problems concerning the conformally invariant theory for the Dirichlet space, the Drury-Arveson space, polydiscs, etcetera.
