Научная биография:
Профессор Ашыралыев Родился в 1964 году в селе Конекесир Туркменистана.
В 1981 году окончил физико-математическую спецшколу при Новосибирском государственном университете (НГУ) в Новосибирске, Россия.
В 1986 году окончил механико-математический факультет НГУ.
1986-1987 гг работал стажером-преподавателем в НГУ. 1987-1990 гг. аспирант НГУ. В 1991 году защитил кандидатскую диссертацию в НГУ.
1992-1994 гг. работал в Института математики и механики Академии наук Туркменистана заведующим лабораторией, ученым секретарем.
1994 г. присвоено ученое звание старшего научного сотрудника ВАКом Туркменистана.
1994-2012 гг работал в Туркменском сельскохозяйственном университете имени С.А.Ниязова, доцентом, заведующим кафедрой математики и вычислительной техники (1994–1997 гг.) и заведующей кафедрой компьютерных технологий (1998–2012 гг.).
Ашыралыев был местным координатором в 3-х международных проектах Tempus Европейского Союза (2005-2012 гг.) и координатором в 2-х проектов национальных исследованиях Туркменистана (1992-1994, 1998-2000 гг.).
2012 г. –2022 г. работал на кафедре инженерной математики факультета инженерии и естественых наук Университета Гюмюшане Турции. 2012-2015 гг. доцент, 2015 - 2022 гг. работал профессором кафедры.
С 2022 г. работает профессором кафедры математики факультета инженернии и естественных наук Университета Бахчешехир г. Истанбул Турции.
Профессор Ашыралыев имеет более 70 опубликованных научных статей (из них 45 публикаций в Web of Science и 55 в журналах Scopus). Общее количество статей, опубликованных в журналах уровня Q1, составляет 14. Кроме того, всего было издано 8 книг, одна на русском, одна на турецком и шесть на туркменском языках.
Профессор Ашыралыев был соредактором 6 томов AIP Conference Proceedings и соредактором 4 буклетов материалов международных конференций. Под его руководством подготовлено 2 кандидата наук (PhD) и 9 магистрантов.
