Formation — the physicist, has ended Moscow Physical Technical institute, 10 years of work at the P.N. Lebedev Institute of Physics it of (since 1981, difficult semi-conductor structures, interaction with radiation), 10 years the owner of private industrial-trading business (since 1991). Scientific and applied researches of integrated technologies of management in social systems, researches of modern complexity of management. For the purpose of creation of steady technologies of management (1995–2011). Number of scientific publications — 16.
