He (Member, IEEE) received the master’s degree from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, in 2007, and the Ph.D. degree from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2013, both in computer science. He is currently a Professor with the School of Information Science and Technology, Yunnan Normal University, Kunming, China. He has (co)authored refereed journal and conference papers for many times, including IEEE Transactions on image processing / IEEE Transactions on neural networks and learning systems / IEEE Transactions on fuzzy systems / IEEE Transactions on evolutionary computation / IEEE Transactions on geoscience and remote sensing, PR, and ICCV.
