He graduated in Electronic Engineering (1982) and received his Ph.D. in Technical Sciences (2017) from the Havana University of Technologies “José Antonio Echeverría”, Cuba. He is a researcher at the Advanced Technologies Application Center (CENATAV). He has authored more than 40 scientific publications.
