Biography
In 1974 he graduated from the Tomsk Institute of Automated Control Systems and Radio Electronics with a degree in Radio Engineering. Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor of Television and Management department of TUSUR, senior research associate in television automation laboratory of TUSUR.
