Biography
Graduated from Faculty of Technical Sybernetics of Dnipropetrovsk State Technical University (DIIT) in 1984 (department of applied mathematic). Ph.D. thesis was defended in 1989. D.Sci. thesis was defended in 1998. In 1998-2000 Professor of Technical Cybernetics Department of Dnipropetrovs’k State Technical University. 2000-2004 Team leader of Tokyo Institute of Super Compression Technology. 2000-2006 Head of Applied Mathematics Department of Dnipropetrovs’k National Technical University. Since 2006 Full Professor of Differential Equations Department of Dnipropetrovs’k National University.
The Prize and Diploma of the Ukrainian National Academy of Science in 1998 for a series of papers on the homogenization of optimal control problems for systems with distributed parameters. Soros Associated Professor (1996).
