Graduated with honor (2013) from Ulyanovsk State Technical University with a master’s degree in Infocommunication Technologies and Communication Systems. He received his PhD (2017) in Technical Sciences. At present he is Associate Professor at Data Analysis and Machine Learning department in Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. The area of his interests includes image processing, data mining, statistical signal processing.
