In 2007 he graduated from MIET (Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “National Research University” Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology”). In 2011, he graduated from the MIET full-time postgraduate study in the specialty 05.27.06 “Technology and equipment for the production of semiconductors, materials and electronic devices”. Currently, a process engineer at the Institute of Nanoand Microsystem Technology (NMST) as part of the Moscow National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET). A specialist in the design and technology of electronic devices, the production technology of semiconductor devices, the development and design of photomasks, the production technology of MEMS devices.
