Graduated from Belarusian State University in 1989 with degree of "Physics". He received his Candidate in Physics & Maths (1998) from Belarusian State University, associate professor, works as the first vice-rector of P. Sukhoi Gomel State Technical University (GSTU), assistant professor of GSTU Information Technology Chair. Research interests are photoprocesses in condensed matter, mathematical modeling, nanooptics and nanophotonics.
