Academic degree: doctor of technical sciences

From 1955 to 1968 service in the Navy. Veteran units at particular risk. Awarded three government awards. From 1968 to 1971 - full-time postgraduate study at the Institute of Electromechanics of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. 1973 - thesis defense for the degree of candidate of technical sciences. From 1971 to 1991 - work at the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Electrical Engineering, Department of Superconductivity, position - senior researcher. From 1991 to 2008 - work in the Department (Institute) of Electropower Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the position is a leading researcher. From 1998 to 2004 - Chairman of the Municipal Council - Head of the Municipality - Head of the Administration of the Municipality "Krasnenkaya River", St. Petersburg. (Concurrently, he worked at the Economic Ecological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, his position is a leading research officer).
