Graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1980 in the speciality ”Space Flight Dynamics and Control”. In 1990 he defended his PhD thesis in the State Research Institute of System Analysis, in 2012 he defended his DE thesis in Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography. He works as head of the laboratory in State Research Institute of Aviation Systems. His research interests currently are
digital photogrammetry, computer vision, image analysis, pattern recognition.
