Received Eng. Deg. in 2008 in Communication Networks and Switching Systems from Povolzhskaya State Academy of Telecommunications and Informatics (presently – PSUTI). He works as the Assistant Professor at the Communication Lines department in PSUTI. His research interests include application of optical solitons in dispersion managed lines and application of radio-over-fiber technology in communication lines.
