Graduated from KEIC (presently – PSUTI) in 1975, majoring in Multichannel Electrocommunication. Currently he works as the Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation in PSUTI. Research interests include optical fiber transmission line, effective construction technology
and technical operation of optical communication lines, application of optical solitons in dispersion managed
lines, application of few-mode regime in optical communication networks.
