PhD in the field of thematic processing of remote sensing data, a senior research worker of the Institute of Computational Technologies, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 1991 he has been working in the field of satellite data processing, since 2008 scientific expert LPV WG CEOS NASA. Author and co-author of over 150 scientific papers.
