Graduated from Kuibyshev Aviation Institute in 1987, majoring in Applied Mathematics. In 1998 she was defended her PhD thesis. Currently she works as the senior researcher at the Breakthrough Technologies
for Earth's Remote Sensing laboratory in S.P. Korolyov Samara State Aerospace University (National Research University) and as the senior researcher at the Image Processing Systems Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Research interests are fast algorithms of discrete orthogonal transforms, multidimensional data compression, and parallel computations.
