Biography

Graduated from Novosibirsk State University in 1970, majoring in Quantum Optics. He holds the degree of Doctor of Technical Science, Professor. Currently he works as a chief researcher at the Institute of Automation and Electrometry, Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Research interests are GIS, digital image processing, remote sensing data processing, image recognition, spectroscopy, and physical optics.
