1. A theory that describes the phenomenon of degradation of field electron emitters based on carbon nanotubes as a result of ion bombardment. 2. A theory that describes the influence of external and self electric field on the orientation of the cold field emitter based on carbon nanotubes, and current-voltage characteristics of such emitters. 3. Proposed and analyzed a method for multiplying the frequency of electromagnetic oscillations by using a cold field emitter based on carbon nanotubes. 4. Studied a mechanism of generation of high energy electrons and X - ray radiation at cleavage of dielectric surfaces stated experimentally.
