In 1974 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM) with a degree of “Engineer of Quantum Electronics”. Senior research associate of the Institute of the General Physics of A.M. Prokhorov of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Area of scientific interests: development of systems of display and information processing.
