Graduated from Tbilisi Higher Artillery Command School in 1976, Technology of Mechanical Engineering, candidate of Technical Sciences. He works as director of Scientific and Technological Center of Physics of Information «Introfizika». His research interests: research and experimental development on natural sciences and engineering.
