Okan University is one of the youngest universities in Turkey. We aim to establish a distinct place amongst the existing universities. We believe that Okan University, whilst growing rapidly will endeavour to bring a new spirit to the academic world with its well qualified faculty, small class sizes, application-oriented, quality education and contemporary programmes. Okan University also wants to be distinguished by the close relationship between students and faculty members, and by the warm atmosphere shared by the student body.

Okan University aims to be an institution closely integrated into business life, which therefore offers solutions for the future concerns of its students by presenting training programmes in their related fields and stable career opportunities after graduation. Students participating in our work experience programmes have the chance to work in factories, hotels, holiday villages at home and abroad, and in other enterprises belonging to the Okan Group, which has been serving the Turkish economy for many years.
