Editorial stuff selects articles for publication being guided by the following criteria: conformity with the journal’s scientific problems; original problem and its studying; positive expert conclusion (provided blind external reviewing).
Articles are published in author’s version with minimum editing correction, as accepting them the editorial stuff respects the authors’ right for choosing their own form and style of exposition.
