There will be three main sections according to the scientific direction of the conference:

• spectral problems;
• nonlinear analysis and applications;
• complex analysis.

An important attention will be given discussing of interpenetration of ideas and methods of spectral theory, nonlinear and complex analysis.

Important place in the conference will take review lectures of leading scientists for graduate students and young scientists.
