30 November - 02 December, 2023 at the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of the Lomonosov Moscow State University a series of research activities related to the priority areas of science, technology and engineering in the Russian Federations largest interdisciplinary field of modernity - information and telecommunications systems – will be conducted. This interdisciplinary field brings together representatives from mathematics, computer science, physics and materials science, computer sciences, information sciences and humanities sciences of Russia and foreign countries.

In order to increase the visibility of conferences publications for the international scientific community selected scientific papers of the VIII International scientific conference "Convergent cognitive information technologies" and the XVIII International scientific-practical conference "Modern information technologies and IT-education" will be published in the collection of scientific papers, which is indexed in SCOPUS.

Conferences are run under program of the Federal Educational-Methodical Association in higher education for the enlarged group of specialties and areas of training 02.00.00 "Computer and Information Sciences" and Moscow Center of Fundamental and Applied Mathematics.
