From 7 to 11 of September, 2020 Chuvash State University named after I. Ulyanov, Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I. Yakovlev and the Institute for Problems in Mechanics of RAS named after A. Ishlinskiy hold the All-Russian conference "Mechanics of Limit State and Related Problems of Mechanics" dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Professor D. D. Ivlev.

The conference topics include discussion of modern problems of mechanics of a deformed solid, mechanics of limit state, nano - and micromechanics, fracture mechanics, mechanics of contact interactions and tribology, mechanics of growing bodies.

The conference is dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the birth of D. D. Ivlev. The leading Russian scientists will attend the conference with overview reports and lectures reflecting the current state of science in these areas.
