Lectures are held in memory of outstanding mathematician I. R. Shafarevich (03.06.1923–19.02.2017) who made huge contributions to number theory, algebra and algebraic geometry.

Shou-Wu Zhang

He is an author of fundamental results in Arakelov geometry of algebraic varieties and an author of generalization of Gross-Zagier formula for values of zeta-functions of elliptic curves to the case of Abelian varieties.
