The Department of Engineering for Mechanics, Energy and Management is operating at the University of L?Aquila since the 1 of January 1986 and it originated from the union of 3 older institutions: the Institutes of "Fisica Tecnica" and "Meccanica Applicata" and, partially, the Institute of "Matematica Applicata".
