The convergence of difference schemes for two-dimensional equations of acoustics and Maxwell's equations

Abstract:
Boundary value problems for the equations of acoustics and for Maxwell's equations are examined. Difference schemes on irregular triangular meshes are constructed, and their convergence of the first order with respect to time and space is proved.
