Calculating the coefficients of a discrete elliptic equation from spectral data

Abstract:
A numerical analytical algorithm is developed for calculating the coefficients of a discrete two-dimensional elliptic equation from given eigenvalues and certain symmetry conditions imposed on the basis eigenfunctions.
