Asymptotics of the solution of a Tikhonov system of equations with a multizone boundary layer

Abstract:
For a system of two Tikhonov-type equations containing different powers of a small parameter at the derivative in both equations, the asymptotics of the boundary-layer solution of the initial problem in the case of a double root of the degenerate system is constructed and substantiated. The character of the asymptotics and an algorithm for constructing it differ significantly from the classical case of a simple root of the degenerate system. The boundary layer turns out to be multizone.
